What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for trauma patients in a professional and legal framework.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• A post-basic nursing qualification in Medical and Surgical Nursing Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years (Grade 1) or 14 years (Grade 2) of recognized nursing experience after registration with the SANC.
• A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1).
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, alongside proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to nursing within the public sector.
