What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategic and operational direction of radiographic medical services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor service delivery plans aligned with health priorities.
  • Provide expert advice on radiographic equipment acquisition and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, legislation, and safety standards.
  • Evaluate service quality and implement corrective measures based on assessments and surveys.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including health institutions and technical support services.
  • Foster best practices in radiographic service delivery across the province.

What You’ll Need

  • Appropriate qualification for HPCSA registration as a Radiographer.
  • Registration with the HPCSA as a Radiographer.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience post-registration.
  • Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging regulations and policies.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications.
