What You’ll Do
- Supervise and manage the implementation of HR policies related to service benefits.
- Verify and maintain accurate personnel records and processing through the PERSAL system.
- Ensure compliance with new and amended departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and leave applications.
- Manage the processing of leave and exit management for departing employees.
- Oversee salary administration and ensure timely payment of salaries and allowances.
- Prepare reports and audits related to HR compliance and service benefits.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, alongside 6 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of service benefits processes and related legislation.
- Proficiency in PERSAL and other HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships within the HR team.
