What You’ll Do

  • Receive, analyze, and provide feedback on compliance reports submitted under the B-BBEE Act.
  • Verify information from various entities and maintain accurate records of compliance submissions.
  • Conduct research and draft sector reports based on data collected from compliance reports and the B-BBEE Certificate Portal system.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements and provide technical advice regarding B-BBEE implementation and legislation.
  • Organize capacity-building sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to promote B-BBEE compliance.
  • Monitor B-BBEE implementation and provide advisory opinions and clarifications to clients.
  • Manage a database of queries related to compliance and prepare monthly reports on query trends and resolutions.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Science, Economic Science, Law, Communication, Education, or Public Relations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a compliance environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient report writing and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and conflict resolution skills.
