What You’ll Do
- Oversee and supervise staff in the Housing, Pension, and IOD offices, ensuring effective management of high workloads.
- Handle HR transversal matters, including overseas applications and salary recalls, while managing overtime authorizations.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance using the Staff Performance Management Systems (PERMIS).
- Act as a revisor of PERSAL work and submit service terminations on PCM.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks such as responding to audit reports and managing stationary orders for the People Management component.
- Provide training and assistance to personnel and clients regarding relevant HR sections.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in Personnel and Human Resource Management, particularly in Housing and managing Pension and IOD processes.
- Supervisory experience and a sound understanding of personnel administration.
- Proficiency in PERSAL and its related functions.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices within Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in computer literacy, particularly with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PERSAL.
