What You’ll Do

  • Conduct compliance checks and verification on requisitioning and LOGIS payment documentation.
  • Update registers of requisitions and invoices to maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and verify invoices and orders before processing payments.
  • Monitor and coordinate supplier performance to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Capture and maintain data in LOGIS, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • Prepare reports on LOGIS commitment monitoring for better decision-making.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
  • Knowledge of financial norms and standards, including the Public Finance Management Act and National Treasury regulations.
  • Understanding of budgeting processes and procurement activities.
  • Familiarity with procurement policies, procedures, and contract management.
  • Competent in computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
