What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and supervise Human Resource Management functions within the hospitals.
  • Assist in all personnel practices, including employment conditions, terminations, and performance management systems.
  • Compile and manage the workplace skills plan, ensuring effective Human Resource Development initiatives.
  • Provide support, training, and advisory services regarding personnel administration and HR management.
  • Handle Labour Relations issues, including grievances and dispute resolutions, while maintaining accurate records on the PERSAL system.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for new hires.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a three-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resource Management and familiarity with the PERSAL system.
  • A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel between various clinics in the Sub-District.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GroupWise.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
