What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical nursing care in accordance with the professional scope of practice and nursing standards.
• Promote quality of nursing care and participate in implementing the National Core Standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and fellow clinicians, including necessary documentation.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality nursing care.
• Organize and manage your workload and the tasks of support staff to ensure proper patient care.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and promote awareness of their expectations and requirements.
• Manage and efficiently utilize resources allocated to your unit.

What You’ll Need

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Basic qualification accredited with SANC in accordance with Government Notice R425 (Diploma/Degree in General Nursing).
• Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
