What You’ll Do

• Provide general messenger services to facilitate communication and operations within the pharmacy department.
• Answer phones and deliver messages promptly to relevant staff members.
• Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of packaged pharmaceutical items to designated areas within the Tygerberg Hospital Complex.
• Collect packages from wards and other designated areas as needed.
• Check the external appearance of items for any damage and accuracy before delivery.
• Maintain the integrity of the cold chain for temperature-sensitive medications.
• Report any deviations or discrepancies in stock or deliveries immediately.
