What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate and an appropriate degree in Economics, Social Science, Public Policy, Research, or an equivalent qualification (NQF level 7).
- A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of middle or senior managerial experience.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to service delivery innovation.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, and financial management.
- Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework and socio-economic impact assessments.
