What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the eHealth Clinical Systems programme, focusing on clinician-facing digital health initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and operational management of clinical systems, including PACS, RIS, and VNA.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial healthcare policies and standards.
• Manage procurement processes, contracts, and service level agreements in collaboration with SCM and strategic partners.
• Provide strategic input into the digital health strategy, including clinical interoperability and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and manage the eHealth Clinical Systems team, focusing on performance management and capacity building.
• Act as a key liaison between IT, clinical services, and external partners to implement departmental digital strategies.
• Manage budgets and financial controls for the eHealth Clinical Systems portfolio.

What You’ll Need

• A three-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in clinical information systems, health informatics, or information management.
• Proven experience managing clinician-facing digital health systems and programmes.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing clinical systems in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly within diagnostic and specialist services.
• Knowledge of digital imaging systems, PACS, RIS, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel.
