What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop frameworks for citizen relations and public participation.
- Ensure the implementation of service delivery improvement prescripts and assessments.
- Provide technical advice and support to national and provincial departments.
- Oversee the operations and processes of the Chief Directorate.
- Offer information, advice, and support to the MPSA, Cabinet, Parliament, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in various task teams and workgroups as required.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum qualification of NQF level 7 in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a service delivery environment.
- A minimum of 10 years of appropriate management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the South African Constitution and the Government Legislative Framework.
- Excellent managerial skills, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in change management, citizen relations, and public participation practices.
