What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive investment information and facilitate connections for potential investors.
  • Gather and consolidate information on the investment climate to contribute to strategic publications and online portals.
  • Compile and prepare presentation materials that effectively communicate investment opportunities.
  • Implement investment information strategies and provide input for research reports.
  • Organize meetings with stakeholders and draft accurate minutes for record-keeping.
  • Manage knowledge repositories and investor databases, ensuring accurate data capture and updates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors, conducting follow-ups on customer satisfaction.
  • Compile quarterly and annual reports on investment activities and manage updates to the investment pipeline.

What You’ll Need

  • A qualification at NQF level 7 in Business Management, Investment, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an investment promotion environment, either in the public or private sector.
  • Proven experience in investment information facilitation or investor services.
  • Strong skills in maintaining investor/project databases and management information systems.
  • Excellent research, writing, and reporting skills relevant to investment climate studies.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with embassies, chambers, and municipal partners.
  • Familiarity with Ease of Doing Business programs or similar initiatives.
  • Basic financial oversight capabilities and proficiency in computer literacy, including data capture for reporting.
  • Willingness to travel and work under pressure, with strong communication skills.
