What You’ll Do

  • Assist in designing and updating the electronic maintenance management system.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Support training initiatives for the maintenance management system at various districts.
  • Help establish and manage a functioning call center for maintenance inquiries.
  • Provide technical input on logged calls and resolve outstanding cases.
  • Support maintenance assessments and prepare specifications and proposals for projects.
  • Inspect maintenance work on project sites and verify invoices for payments.

What You’ll Need

  • An applicable 3-year degree/diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an N3 with a passed trade test.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A valid driver’s license.
