What You’ll Do
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs.
- Attend to minor electrical, plumbing, plastering, and carpentry issues.
- Report defects and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
- Repair and clean equipment and tools, ensuring their safe keeping.
- Fix broken furniture and equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery after use and report any faults encountered.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF Level 04 as recognized by SAQA.
- Proficiency in using electrical and hand tools.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
