What You’ll Do

  • Compile specifications, drawings, and tender documentation within set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information regarding work progress.
  • Prioritize work while ensuring continuity of service schedules and adherence to operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance of equipment and working areas with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Manage contracts and projects effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum educational qualification: B-Tech or National Diploma in the Built Environment (Building).
  • Relevant experience in design, specification, and maintenance of health infrastructure, with a focus on compliance and minor works.
  • Valid Code B/EB driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Western Cape.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel, along with a strong understanding of IT and healthcare infrastructure design.
  • Competent in contract and project management, with practical problem-solving skills.
