What You’ll Do

• Conduct final reviews and audits on quantity survey procedures for educational projects
• Coordinate quantity surveying efforts across various disciplines to ensure seamless integration
• Manage the execution of quantity surveying strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Allocate and monitor resources, maintaining efficient cash flow management
• Compile risk logs and manage significant risks in accordance with best practices
• Oversee the development and performance management of human resources within the quantity surveying discipline
• Facilitate the compilation of innovation proposals, ensuring adherence to organizational principles

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate B-Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification
• A minimum of six years of post-qualification quantity surveying experience
• Compulsory registration with the South African Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals (SACQSP) as a professional Quantity Surveyor
• A valid code B driving license
• Strong knowledge of asset management life-cycles and financial management principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
