What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all travel and accommodation logistics for departmental staff.
- Process and capture orders using the Basic Accounting System (BAS).
- Manage entity registrations on BAS.
- Oversee inventory management and storage solutions.
- Support the implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need
- A completed Grade 12/Matric Senior Certificate with Accounting, Mathematics, and English.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) environment.
- Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and storekeeping principles.
- Strong analytical, computer literacy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
