What You’ll Do
- Provide basic clinical nursing care under the supervision of a Professional Nurse.
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize physical and financial resources effectively to support patient care.
- Maintain high professional growth and ethical standards in nursing practice.
- Engage actively with the values of the Western Cape Department of Health & Wellness.
- Contribute to leadership and governance within the hospital.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse.
- Registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse.
- For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ nursing experience post-registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ nursing experience post-registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Willingness to work shifts, nights, and public holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a healthcare team.
