What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee family preservation services to enhance family stability.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided to families in need.
• Facilitate assessments of dysfunctional family dynamics and implement necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for families.
• Utilize best practices in social work supervision to guide and mentor team members.
• Develop reports and documentation related to service delivery and family assessments.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work as recognized by SAQA.
• Current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in social work after registration.
• A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of social work service delivery models and NPO governance.
• Experience in people management and empowerment.
