What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee family preservation services to enhance family stability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided to families in need.
- Facilitate assessments of dysfunctional family dynamics and implement necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Utilize best practices in social work supervision to guide and mentor team members.
- Develop reports and documentation related to service delivery and family assessments.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work as recognized by SAQA.
- Current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in social work after registration.
- A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of social work service delivery models and NPO governance.
- Experience in people management and empowerment.
