What You’ll Do

• Facilitate community home-based care for individuals in need.
• Develop and implement capacity-building programs for stakeholders.
• Lead HIV/AIDS awareness and support initiatives.

• Conduct training and skills development for social workers.
• Oversee the supervision and evaluation of social work practices.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor of Social Work recognized by SAQA.
• Current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• A minimum of seven years’ experience in social work post-registration.
• A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (exceptions apply for persons with disabilities).
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent report writing and management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant social work programs and service delivery models.
