What You’ll Do
- Plan and administer enforcement work related to non-compliance under employment law.
- Assist in the enforcement processes for the Integrated Employment Strategy (IES).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for Statutory Services.
- Facilitate capacity development programmes for inspectors in the province.
- Compile and analyse statistics for the unit to inform decision-making.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant qualification such as BPROC, BCOM Law, or LLB.
- At least one year of experience in a legal or compliance environment.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Comprehensive knowledge of public service transformation, relevant acts, and regulations.
- Strong facilitation, planning, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills.
