What You’ll Do

• Handle litigation and appeals across various courts, including the High Courts and Labour Courts
• Draft and settle a variety of legal agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide comprehensive legal opinions and advice to clients
• Manage all forms of arbitration, including inter-departmental arbitration and debt collection
• Oversee effective people management within your team

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB as recognized by SAQA
• A four-year recognized legal qualification and admission as an Attorney
• At least two years of appropriate post-qualification legal or litigation experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong skills in computer literacy, legal research, drafting, dispute resolution, and case flow management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
