What You’ll Do
- Administer training courses on hospital fees offered by the sub-directorate.
- Conduct in-person and e-learning training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Assess training outcomes and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials to support educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with various health institutions to ensure training alignment with current hospital fee policies.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a training environment, ideally within a clinical setting.
- Adequate training experience focused on hospital fees and related policies.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license and willingness to travel between health institutions.
- Strong computer literacy skills in MS Office and research capabilities.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex reports.
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders confidently.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/Degree.Experience: Appropriate experience in a training environment.
Appropriate working experience in a clinical environment.
Appropriate Training experience in Hospital Fees.
Inherent requirements of the job: A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
Willingness to travel between Health institutions.
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy skills in MS Office.
Skills in Research and analytical thinking, the ability to analyse information, solve problems and to prepare complex reports.
Understanding of Hospital Fees Structure, PFMA, Hospital Fees Policies and Procedures.
294 Excellent people, technical, and conceptual skills, with the ability to confidently represent the Department in engagements with internal and external clients, as well as other departmental institutions, while demonstrating strong interpersonal relations and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Ability to analyse information and work with figures.
Job Duties
Administration of relevant training courses offered by the sub-directorate.Conduct training in respect of the training courses offered by the sub- directorate.
Facilitate e-Learning training in respect of courses offered by the sub-directorate.
Assessment of and providing feedback and support after training/E-learning sessions/courses.
