What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Masebe Nature Reserve, ensuring smooth hospitality and tourism services.
  • Lead and organize resort staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance with all statutory laws and regulations relevant to the resort.
  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize sales potential and profitability.
  • Collaborate with various departments to execute corporate objectives aligned with financial and quality plans.
  • Engage in problem-solving to enhance customer care and service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 certificate plus an NQF level 6 or National Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism and Eco-Tourism Management.
  • A degree or BTech in Hospitality/Tourism and Eco-Tourism is a valuable addition.
  • Minimum of five years in Hospitality/Tourism and Eco-Tourism Management, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • A valid driver’s license with a valid PDP and a clear criminal record.
  • Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, client orientation, and report writing.
