What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and implement Human Resource Development initiatives in the provinces.
- Manage the execution of the Performance Management System.
- Facilitate internship and learnership programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Oversee orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources within the division.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, Training and Development, Management of Training, Public Management, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology (NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA).
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in human resource development, training, or performance management services.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, public service regulations, and human resource policies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside proficiency in project management and report writing.
