What You’ll Do

  • Provide administration support services for non-profit organisations (NPOs)
  • Conduct assessments and ensure quality assurance of NPO documentation
  • Investigate compliance and non-compliance issues related to NPOs
  • Coordinate outreach and awareness programs to promote NPO activities
  • Supervise staff and support personal development initiatives within the team

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Public Administration, Social Science, Community Development, Public Management, or Law, as recognized by SAQA
  • 1-2 years of experience in the NPO or development sector
  • Knowledge of the General Public Service regulatory framework and the Public Finance Management Act
  • Understanding of the non-profit sector and relevant compliance regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competency in planning, problem-solving, and policy analysis
  • Proficiency in office management, administration, and client liaison
