What You’ll Do

  • Develop, review, and implement policies and guidelines for NPO registration.
  • Oversee the management of the NPO data warehouse and architecture.
  • Ensure efficient NPO registration processes and monitor compliance with the NPO Act.
  • Manage NPO registry services and facilitate document flow within the NPO landscape.
  • Lead human resources and performance reporting in accordance with established regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and compliance measures.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate NQF level 7 qualification in Social Science, Public Management, Information Technology, or Information Systems as recognized by SAQA.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a junior management level in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations as well as the Social Development Sector.
  • Understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Security practices.
  • Familiarity with the NPO Act and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Competencies in communication, policy analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
  • Attributes such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, creativity, and integrity.
