What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate and a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related qualification at NQF 6.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources environment.
  • Relevant PERSAL certificates.
  • In-depth knowledge of the legislative framework governing Public Service.
  • Strong computer literacy, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to teamwork, flexibility, and responsibility.
