What You’ll Do
- Enforce the Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines within the department to ensure uniformity and compliance among officials.
- Conduct branding audits to ensure adherence to organizational templates and standards.
- Coordinate outreach events and campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders to identify event requirements.
- Develop event plans and briefing documents to ensure successful execution of all branding projects.
- Compile reports for all events and coordinate branding for external exhibitions.
- Implement plans to raise awareness of mobile office visits across provinces and monitor the effectiveness of publicity initiatives.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they meet branding standards.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, Brand Management, or a related field (minimum of 360 credits).
- At least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of communications and branding concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage events from inception to completion and to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with a capacity for problem-solving and independent work.
