What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sub-programme.
- Coordinate procurement processes, handling quotations and invoices.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management and external stakeholders.
- Manage office records and filing systems to ensure proper administration.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and communication with stakeholders.
- Capture, consolidate, and report on programme performance information.
- Administer financial records and monitor expenditure.
- Prepare budget reports and maintain office equipment and supplies.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 and a recognized National Diploma in Public Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an administrative environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial and procurement procedures.
- Familiarity with departmental policies and the legislative framework governing public service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
