What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the department.

  • Consolidate and compile a Portfolio of Evidence in preparation for audits.
  • Maintain inventory control and support overall departmental operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate and a recognized Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Public Administration.
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of financial and procurement procedures, as well as departmental processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with legislation governing the Public Service, including the Public Finance Management Act.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
