What You’ll Do
- Provide transversal service and support to employees in the district.
- Facilitate Employee Health and Wellness initiatives.
- Implement Special Programmes and Occupational Health and Safety measures.
- Promote Gender Mainstreaming programmes and activities.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on activities and outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance employee well-being.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification and a recognised National Diploma (NQF 7) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Public Management, Management Assistant, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a transversal environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management in the Public Service and relevant employment legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient report writing and presentation skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
