What You’ll Do
- Provide expert advice and support on labour relations matters to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Facilitate, develop, and implement training programs related to labour relations for staff.

- Administer and handle cases of misconduct, grievances, and disputes effectively.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Labour Relations component to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the field of labour relations, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license and a willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with a solid understanding of labour relations prescripts.
