What You’ll Do
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager of Ceres Hospital.
- Manage and direct telephonic, written, and email communication efficiently.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the hospital, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Plan and coordinate events for the sub-district management team.
- Perform clerical and administrative functions for the Hospital Facility Board.
- Study and apply relevant Public Service and Departmental policies to ensure compliance and understanding.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent)/Grade 12.
- Proficiency in computing and Computer Applications.
- Proven administrative and secretarial experience.
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
- Willingness to work after hours if required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle information confidentially and professionally.
- Competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
