What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement scientific methodologies and policies in soil science
- Conduct regulatory functions and perform scientific analysis

- Mentor and develop human capital within the department
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with agricultural standards
What You’ll Need
- A BSc degree (Hon) in Soil Science recognized by SAQA
- Valid registration with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP)
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in natural sciences
- Strong competencies in programme and project management
- Proficiency in scientific methodologies, data analysis, and technical report writing
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- A valid driver’s license
