What You’ll Do
- Provide registry counter services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.

- Process documents for archiving and disposal in accordance with regulations.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of registry duties and practices, including data capturing and computer operation.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Familiarity with storage and retrieval procedures relevant to the working environment.
- Strong computer literacy, planning, and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements
