What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services to the department.
- Assist with supply chain management tasks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Handle personnel administration clerical tasks, supporting the HR functions of the department.
- Offer financial administration support, including data entry and report generation.
- Contribute to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance efforts.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, as well as data capturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
