What You’ll Do
- Support initiatives that provide small businesses with access to essential financial and non-financial resources.
- Implement programs that enhance market access opportunities for small enterprises.
- Build and strengthen partnerships to offer business development services, including funding leverage and supplier development.
- Facilitate initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship in both social and commercial contexts.
- Develop strategies to improve the enabling environment for businesses through effective government interaction.
- Identify service delivery gaps and recommend improvements to relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 6 or higher in Business Management, Administration, Commerce, or Project Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise development and administration.
- Knowledge of economics, public administration, and applicable legislative requirements.
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with various computer software programs.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

Requirements
An appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 (or higher) in the field of Business Management/ Administration or Commerce or Project Management; A minimum of 3 years relevant enterprise development and administrative experience.

Job Duties
Support the development of initiatives to enable small business access to non- financial and financial support; Support the implementation of initiatives to provide market access opportunities for small business; Facilitate building and strengthening partnerships to provide small businesses with business development services (leverage of funding and supplier development); Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance entrepreneurship (social and business); Support the development of initiatives to improve the enabling environment for business through government interaction; Support the development of initiatives to identify gaps and/or blockages for service delivery improvement and refer to the relevant components.
Salary
R487 197 - R573 897 per annum (Level 09)
