What You’ll Do

  • Assist in compiling technical reports, projects, and proposals for departmental submission.
  • Support the development of policies, guidelines, protocols, and tools for resource forecasting and implementation.
  • Conduct research and data analysis, interpreting financial and statistical information to guide decision-making.
  • Perform regular situational analyses concerning the department’s sub-directorates.
  • Address ad-hoc matters aligned with the functions of the Clinical Service Improvement Directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in Public-Private Initiatives (PPIs), project management, and support.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing and reporting abilities, with a keen understanding of numerical and business competencies.

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) / Degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Appropriate experience in PPI’s/PPP’s, Project Management and Support.

Inherent requirement of the job: A valid driver's licence.

Willingness to travel.

Competencies (knowledge /skills): Advanced computer proficiency in MS 192 Word, Excel and Office.

Ability to co-operatively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of authority but also to work independently.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strategic thinking, presentation, analytical and logical thinking skills.

Excellent writing, reporting and research skills.

A need to understand and have practiced both the numerical and business competencies that are required to do the job.

Job Duties

Assist in the compilation and technical assistance for reports, projects and proposals required for Department submission.

Assist with the development of policies, guidelines, protocols and tools necessary to guide resources forecasting, prioritisation, implementation and monitoring.

Assist with research, data analysis (both financial and statistical) and the interpretation thereof.

Conduct regular situational analyses in respect of both the PPI’s sub- Directorate and the Clinical Service Improvement Directorate.

Assist with ADHOC matters not yet defined as a project or with other research and administrative work not encompassed above but which directly is aligned to the functioning of the PPI’s sub-Directorate and the CSI Directorate.

Salary

R338 106 per annum
