What You’ll Do
- Provide registry counter services to assist community members with their inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Render effective filing and record management services
- Operate office machines relevant to the registry function
- Process documents for archiving and disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4) recognized by SAQA
- A certificate or qualification in Public Management, Administration, Records Management, or related fields is an advantage
- Knowledge of registry duties, practices, and the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Competency in data capturing and operating computer systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
