What You’ll Do
- Manage student information systems to ensure accuracy and security of data.
- Supervise the enrollment processes and guide students through graduation.
- Ensure efficient use of college properties and infrastructure by students.
- Provide secretariat services to support academic functions and meetings.
- Promote adherence to college policies while supporting the academic mission of the college.
What You’ll Need
- A Matric certificate and an appropriate NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Administration, Management, or a relevant field recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ management experience in an educational or training environment.
- A valid driver’s licence (note: exemptions apply for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of agricultural training principles.
- Competence in planning, organizing, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in computer applications.
