What You’ll Do

  • Process default judgments to enhance the court’s efficiency in handling cases.
  • Consider and apply court rules and regulations for default judgment applications.
  • Circulate outcomes to relevant litigating parties and maintain accurate records.
  • Execute taxations and ensure compliance with court rules for various legal processes.
  • Manage the allocation and reporting of performance information and statistics.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring quality control and professionalism in the workplace.
  • Address and resolve queries from the Presidential Hotline and other institutions.
  • Develop and monitor efficient work systems and processes within the court.

What You’ll Need

  • An LLB Degree or a four-year legal qualification at NQF level eight.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a legal environment.
  • Knowledge of case flow management and public service legislative frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
