What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage empowerment programmes within the Department.
- Conduct analysis of statistical information to identify new development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with BEE Transformation interventions across the Department.
- Report monthly on the status of BBBEE performance.
- Provide advice and guidance on transformation policy development.
- Manage and supervise staff within the component.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Public Management or Commerce (NQF Level 6 or higher).
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a BBBEE or transformation environment.
- A valid driver’s licence (minimum code B).
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and control.
- An understanding of Public Service and departmental legislation.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
