What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards related to curriculum and staff development.
  • Coordinate and support Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) committees and partnerships.
  • Oversee administrative functions associated with quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor educational quality and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 qualification plus an NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Agriculture, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • At least 6 years of lecturing experience in a relevant field.
  • A valid driver’s license (not required for applicants with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of policy formulation, interpretation, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with legislative frameworks governing education and training institutions.
  • Proven skills in quality assurance, planning, and organizing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and presentation techniques.
  • Relevant quality assurance certification will be advantageous.
