What You’ll Do

• Maintain and develop the facility garden, including planting, watering, and caring for trees, flowers, and shrubs.
• Clean and keep the surroundings tidy, including parking areas and pathways.
• Prepare soil for planting and remove weeds to ensure a healthy garden environment.
• Move furniture and equipment as necessary to assist with various tasks.
• Adhere to safety regulations and execute additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• Ensure the proper care and maintenance of garden machinery and equipment.
• Collect and remove assets from various areas as needed.

What You’ll Need

• ABET level 4 or NQF level 1 to 3, with no prior experience required.
• A physically strong and healthy disposition to manage the demands of the role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle pressure in various weather conditions.
• Preferable experience in gardening or a formal cleaning environment.
• Willingness to rotate to different areas as needed for job tasks.
