What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and perform quality assurance on incoming and outgoing memoranda.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for audit purposes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of service delivery and propose improvements.
- Administer leave centrally and update the leave register.
- Assist with procurement initiatives, verifying claims and invoices.
- Acknowledge meetings and workshops on behalf of the Chief Director’s office.
- Compile agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Address stakeholder concerns and improve client relations.
- Analyze quotations for effective procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare documentation for budgetary inputs in line with MTEF requirements.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate plus a minimum National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, or Project Management (NQF Level 6 or 7).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework on administration management within government.
- Understanding of budget coordination processes and internal policy analysis.
