What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and assure quality on all incoming and outgoing memoranda.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system for records and audits.
  • Monitor service delivery effectiveness and propose necessary improvements.
  • Administer leave and maintain an accurate leave register.
  • Assist in monitoring procurement initiatives and ensure alignment of claims and invoices.
  • Acknowledge and confirm meetings, and manage agendas and minutes for the Office of the Chief Director.
  • Engage with internal clients to enhance coordination and integration of processes.
  • Address client needs and concerns, improving stakeholder relations.
  • Analyze quotations to ensure effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for the consolidated budget and monitor expenditures.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate alongside a minimum National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or a degree (NQF Level 7) in Office Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, or Project Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative environment.
  • Knowledge of the legislative framework governing administration management within government.
  • Experience with budget coordination processes and analysis of internal policies.
