What You’ll Do

  • Issue relevant registration forms to users and assist them in completing applications.
  • Verify the completeness of submitted application forms.
  • Capture new user applications and amend information of registered users as per approved outcomes.
  • Generate confirmation documents and prepare registration certificates for approval.
  • Distribute registration certificates to registered users and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
  • Fulfill help desk functions to assist users with queries and concerns.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior/Grade 12 certificate with relevant experience in general office administration and data capturing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical experience in client services, including letter and report writing.
  • Familiarity with the national water use registration process and knowledge of the National Water Act (Act 36 of 1998).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
