What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• For Grade 1: No prior experience required.
• For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in General Nursing post-registration with SANC.
• For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ experience in General Nursing post-registration with SANC.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Competence in interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Mental Health Care Act and Nursing Act.
