What You’ll Do

• Implement training and development programs in line with approved departmental plans.
• Process bursary applications according to departmental policy.
• Coordinate the implementation of performance management and quality management systems.
• Facilitate the development and review of job descriptions.
• Assist in developing and implementing the Employment Equity Plan for the college.
• Supervise and support employees in their professional development.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Development (NQF Level 6).
• An unendorsed valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in a Human Resource Development environment.
• Knowledge of Public Service legislative frameworks (PSA, PFMA, PSR, etc.).
• Understanding of training coordination and facilitation.
• Familiarity with the Employment Equity Act, PMDS, and IQMS.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, verbal and written communication, computer literacy, customer care, report writing, and teamwork.
